HTML Form please help
Hey would there be any chance of someone making 2 HTML forms for me so i can just copy and paste it into dreamweaver. I need the following fields. (flight log) Departure airport (txtbox) Arrival Airport (txtbox) off block time (txtbox) takeoff time (txtbox) landing time (txtbox) on block time (txtbox) additional comments (something where they can enter a paragraph or two) Aircraft used (dropdown) 727-200 737-800 757 Cargo Fokker 100 A320-200 Submit (send to virtual.air.belfast@gmail.com) (tihs is an application form) Full Name Password(once) Email Address Prefered Hub (dropdown) EGAA EGAC Do you fly online (checkbox) yes no Select your position(checkboxes) Pilot VAB Cargo Manager Marketing Submit (can you make it when people press the submit button it emails the form to virtual.air.belfast@gmail.com for an example check out www.freewebs.com/virtual-air-belfast/application form.htm if anyone could help it would be much appriciated i am supposed to hav the site finished by tonight and i still jhave loads to do and this will take a load off my back.
